April Meeting & Election

We would like to thank everyone who turned out for the April meetings. We were happy to see an increase in attendance. We hope to see more Members & Auxiliary each month!

We would also like to congratulate our new Auxiliary Officers and thank them for their dedication to our Post, our Veterans and our Community. The new Auxiliary Officers will take office in July. We look forward to working with you all.

A big thanks to everyone who turned out to help with the Auxiliary's Annual Pasty Sale. This year's sale was very successful with over 250 pasty sold!

Memorial Weekend 2017

Highland Parade 2016

VFW Post 1454 will proudly lead the 50th Alma Highland Festival Parade on Saturday, May 27th at 10:30 am. All interested Veterans are invited to ride with VFW Post 1454 in the parade. Vehicles are available. Stop in & sign up!

Memorial Day Ceremony 2017
Monday, May 29th
Beginning at 10 am
At Riverside Park, Alma, MI

Ceremony continues at the
All Wars Memorial in the
Veteran's Section of
Riverside Cemetery, Alma

All are invited to VFW Post 1454 for coffee, pastries & fellowship immediately following the ceremony.
